'Sunken' sees Glenneth release a contemporary meditation on anxiety, freedoms and the quest for clarity.

The album's ten tracks explore long-form instrumentalism - an ambient techno long-player of subtle movement, flowing between brooding intensity and mellow tranquility.

Built over four months in the studio and playing on the themes of treatment and therapy, Glenneth describes his "hazy, headphone record" as "a means of escape", a retreat inwards. Wanting to write an "autumnal" album where "clouds form only to disappear", the musician provides listeners with the feeling of a walk through nature, providing a place of "quiet and calm" in heady times and reflecting his personal journey over recent months.

Sunken is a sequential album where each track appears in the order they were written "to evoke a deep sense of emotional connection with the natural environment and its reassuringly inevitable, seasonal rhythms"
